Holiday Inn

South Reading

 

Refurbishment works to existing hotel.

 

Works comprising:

 

  • Supply and installation of new sanitaryware to 202 refurbished guestrooms
  • Replacement of all services in risers serving the guestrooms
  • Servicing of existing air conditioning systems in 202 guestrooms

Park Inn Hotel

Leigh, Manchester

Full mechanical installation as part of refurbishment project.

 

Works comprised of:

 

  • Design and installation of air conditioning systems to bedrooms, ground floor, computer rooms and staff areas
  • Design and installation of kitchen supply and extract system
  • Design and installation of ventilation systems to bedrooms, public areas including corridors and lounge spaces
  • Design and installation of domestic hot and cold water system

Bluff Inn

Hayle

 

Refurbishment works to existing building.

 

Works comprising:

 

  • Design and installation of new services to kitchen and cafe
  • Full sanitaryware replacement
  • Upgrading of existing domestic hot and cold water services
